1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MakeUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MakeUI is an AI-powered design generation platform that allows users to create mobile UI designs by describing their vision in natural language. The Service uses frontier AI models to generate HTML/CSS screen designs that can be exported to code or Figma.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance as described on our pricing page.

• Credits are consumed when you generate plans, screens, or perform actions.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all designs, code, and content generated through the Service using your prompts. You are free to use generated output for any purpose, including commercial projects, without attribution to MakeUI.

MakeUI does not claim ownership over your generated content and will not use it for AI model training or share it with third parties without your consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit restrictions.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written permission.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI models may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use in production applications. MakeUI is not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to third-party service providers (AI model APIs, hosting, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
