• Project Data: Prompts, generated designs, screen HTML, project names, and other content you create within the platform.

• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected automatically through standard web protocols.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Process your design generation requests through AI models.
• Track usage for credit and billing purposes.
• Communicate with you about service updates and support.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your own projects and data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our platform:

• Google (Gemini API): For AI-powered design generation. Your prompts are sent to Google's API for processing.
• Anthropic (Claude API): For AI-powered design generation. Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• OpenAI (Codex API): For AI-powered design generation. Your prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
• Supabase: For database hosting, authentication, and file storage.

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data sent to their services.

6. AI Model Training

We do not use your prompts, generated designs, or project data to train any AI models. Your creative content remains your own.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and project content for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
